How do I pay for my Loan-to-Own item(s)?
*Choose a product from our Loan-to-Own Collection
*Choose up to two pieces you would like to try.
*Click on the Loan-to-Own option on the product page and check out as usual.
*Wear it walking the dog, grabbing a coffee, WFH, jumping on your bike for sweet dreams at night.
*Second and third payments (1/3 payment each) are automatically taken each subsequent month.
*If you've fallen in love, pay the last 1/3 to make it a forever piece in your wardrobe.
*If it's not for you, email us at least one week before the next invoice is due for a free returns label.
How long can I rent for?
You pay the first month upfront and then have the choice of renting for a further one or two months. Once the subsequent two months are paid for, the item is yours to keep.
How do I return my garment?
Email [email protected] for a free Royal Mail returns label. We ask that you obtain proof of posting.
What if items don't fit?
Email [email protected] for a free Royal mail returns label within 14 days. We will reimburse you the same way you paid - via your bank account. Please note, we will have to obtain your bank details for bank payments. We do not share any customer details with any third parties.
Can I trial more than one piece at a time?
You can trial up to two pieces at any one time. Once you have tried and either kept or returned your piece(s) you are free to trial any further two pieces. If you trial just one piece, you can trial one more whilst the first one is still out on loan.
What happens if I damage an item?
We ask that you follow all washing instructions that are included with your purchase and are on the washcare labels in the garments. We are happy with any ‘normal’ wear and tear.
Do I need to clean items before I send them back?
Just wash as per the washing instructions of each item – a cool hand or machine wash, no tumble drying and no iron.
How do I cancel my trial?
Simply email [email protected] with at least one week’s notice prior to your next payment due date for a free Royal Mail returns label. As long as the item is received at 25 Dartmouth Park Avenue, London, NW5 1JL within two weeks of your email request, the trial is cancelled and no further payments will be due.
I live outside the UK, can I use Loan-to-Own?

How do I buy the item?
You can either continue to pay for the item(s) in monthly instalments until they are paid for in full, or you can email [email protected] for an invoice to cover the remaining two months and pay for the item outright.
